  • We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).

  • Prices listed on our website are in AED and apply to clients within the UAE. For clients outside the UAE, charges will be in their local currency (e.g., USD, GBP, INR) and conversion rates as per their bank/payment provider.

Refund & Cancellation Policy – Global Hub

  • All payments for services provided by Global Hub are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may be provided only for security deposits related to business centre bookings, which will be returned upon cancellation or contract completion, subject to our approval.

  • We have a no-cancellation policy once the service process has started.

  • Any cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature and progress of the assigned service.
